To claim product warranty and obtain services mentioned on purchase receipt, this receipt along with dated product code stamping on this particular receipt by ORASKA Industries (PVT) Ltd is required for validity of the warranty.

THE WARRANTY IS CONSIDERED AS VOID IF

• This warranty purchase receipt is somehow missed or damaged by the authorized customer.
• The purchase receipt of one product is exchanged with others.
• It is purchased more than one year before. (Even for a single day)
• Damaged through misuse, abuse and negligence or use deteriorously.
• Any parts of the device is opened or checked by any means.
• The warranty sticker is removed or torn.
• Modified or repaired by anyone other than ORASKA.
• Damaged because it is improperly connected to the power source.
• Any part of the device is damaged or broken during using period.
• Any part of the device is burnt in any way.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

• The transportation costs of the product for repairing.
• Ordinary adjustments of the device as outlined in the cover packet of the same product.
• Normal wear and tear or physical damage.
• The battery warranty till one year along with the other parts of the device.
• Any cost incurred or damage occurred in transporting the product for repairing.
• Signal reception problems caused by defect in the power source.
• Damage to product for improperly conducted recharging and discharging process.
• Any mismanagement caused by the customer authority.
